The National Golf Club is a private links club at Cape Schanck on the southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula, its clubhouse on The Cups Drive above the dunes. The club was formed in 1984 and the Old Course, by Robert Trent Jones Jr, opened in 1988; Greg Norman’s Moonah and the Gunnamatta course followed around 2000. Weddings use the clubhouse function room and a rooftop terrace looking over Bass Strait and Gunnamatta Beach, and you do not need to be a member.
