We spent Heidi and Russell’s Yester Grange wedding day with them in the Blue Mountains, from a garden ceremony overlooking Jamison Valley to their reception inside the heritage homestead. For portraits we took them to Lincoln’s Rock, a separate location in Wentworth Falls, where they stood together beneath a pink and gold sunset. Back at the estate, we finished with a night photo in the gardens.

Heidi crossed the lawn in front of the homestead before joining Russell beneath the ceremony arch. After congratulations and group photographs, the wedding party walked through the gardens together. The couple’s sunset portraits were taken at Lincoln’s Rock, not on the estate’s lawn. Reception photographs show the cake and cupcake stand, speeches and dancing inside Yester Grange’s timber-panelled rooms.
The estate’s garden ceremony combined a valley outlook with the homestead behind the guests. Inside, timber panelling, mirrors and draped windows framed our reception photographs. Lincoln’s Rock gave us a separate mountain portrait setting on the day.
